贈与者Aを甲とし、受増者Bを乙として、甲乙間において次の通り贈与契約を締結した。

第一条　甲は現金▲万円を乙に贈与することを約し、乙はこれを承諾した。

上記契約を証するため本証書を作成し、各自署名押印する。

The reason is that (C) BTS fans are lighting their phones' flashlights, creating a sense of unity in the venue. It's communication between the idols and the fans.

工場より材料調達コストが出てきましたので、キャンセル料のお見積書をお送り致します。

念のための確認ですが、キャンセルの対象はPO No.Bの200本になります。
PO No.Aの100本については、製作も進んでおりますので、
来週50本、来月50本予定通り出荷させていただきます。
キャンセルをするか、しないかのご検討をお願い致します。

1月出荷予定の100本ですが、分納で少しでも早くならないか工場に確認はしていますが、
分納にすることによって生じる現場の混乱を懸念しています。

The factory has released the materials procurement cost, so I'm sending the quotes for the cancellation fee.

Confirming just in case, the cancellation target is the 200 units of PO No.B.
Manufacture for PO No.A is already underway,
so we will be shipping 50 units next week then the remaining 50 next month just as scheduled.
Please consider whether you wish to cancel or not.

For the 100 units scheduled to be shipped on January, we checked with the factory to see if it's possible to make it faster by delivering in installments,
but they are worried that the installment delivery might cause confusion on site.

常に積極的に参加している人は私を入れて5人ほどです。それに4～5人のファンが時々会話に加わり、
さらに4～5人の海外のファンが時々コミュニティーに来ます。

私が、ツイッターでの日本のファンの会話を見た時、
サーバーに興味はあっても使い方が分からないため参加していない人が、まだ多くいると思います。

私は彼らがサーバーに参加できるように、今月中にはマニュアルを作ろうと考えています。

私はまだmodの仕事について勉強している最中ですが、
よりチームに貢献できるように頑張ります。

There are 5 people including who are always actively participating. Other than that, there are 4-5 people who sometimes joins in on the conversation,
and there are 4-5 overseas fans who joined the community from time to time.

When I saw the Japanese fans' discussions on Twitter,
there are still a lot of people who are interested in joining the server but they didn't because they don't know how to use it.

I'm thinking of making a manual by this month to help them join the server.

I'm still learning about the jobs of a mod,
but I'll give it my all so I can contribute to the team.

この前は、MVの再生回数がもうすぐ10万回に届くと言う話題で盛り上がりました。「10万回達成した時、会社がツイート出来ないので、私たちが達成を祝うツイートをしよう」私が提案すると彼らも賛同してくれました。

このようにコミュニティは徐々に盛り上がっています。

There are more people actively participating in the community recently.
Fans who have been talking about music on twitter are joining the community and having fun with friends.

Previously, we were excited about the MV views almost reaching 100,000. I suggested to them that we should tweet in celebration when it reaches 100,000 because the company can't do it on time, and they all agreed.

Just like that, the community is gradually becoming more lively.
I'll be continuing to help the people who newly joined the server from now on.

クライアントと調整し、御社から新品を送って頂くことで合意しました。11月4日には間に合わないかも知れませんが、できる限り最短で発送頂けると助かります。また、相談がありますが、中国から輸出する時に、補修製品として輸出している為、中国に戻る際に輸入関税等がかからないです。ただ、条件がありまして、同じシリアルナンバーでないと、免税ができない為、故障品と同じシリアルナンバーのシールを貼って出荷して頂けますか？そのほうが、煩雑な手続きがなく、スムーズにいきます。

We've adjusted with the client, and he agreed to sending the new item from your end. It may not make in time for November 4, but please try to deliver it as soon as possible. 状況は理解しました。梱包方法の注意点とCargo insuranceの件も承知しました。客先は11月4日までControllerが必要と言っていますので、間に合わなさそうですね。修理は何時までかかりそうですか？客先と調整をする必要があるので、大体でいいですが、教えて頂けると助かります。何か協力できることがあれば言ってください。

本案件はカーゴレディ間近となりました。G/Wが19tonを超えるようで20’DCで依頼した場合、トライアクセルシャーシを問題なく確保できるか確認をしていただけますか？前回他社で輸送したようですが、トライアクセルシャーシを手配することができず、やむを得ず40’DCで手配したそうです。問題なくシャーシを確保できるか確認していただけますか？シャーシを確保することが困難であれば40’DCで提案します。

This case is approaching cargo ready. The G/W seems to be over 19 ton, so if you are requesting wit 20'DC, please check whether it is possible to secure a tri-axel chassis without issue. Apparently you transported with other company before, but you could not secure a tri-axel chassis and had no choice but to arrange 40'DC. Can you confirm that you managed to secure the chassis without issue? If it is difficult, I suggest using 40'DC.

納期についてですが、Alloy製を最優先として、SUS製の納期は後ろ倒しになっても問題ないでしょうか？
その点がクリアにならないと納期の調整が難しいので、ご確認をお願い致します。
それがOKであれば、SUS製と工程を入れ替え、2月出荷予定から1日でも短縮出来るように
工場と調整を致します。

DHL費用も想定していたコストよりも実際のコストがかなり高いため、
今回より実費に近い金額でお見積させていただいております。
もし、CIPに変更が出来るのであればもう少し価格を抑えられると思います。

For the delivery date, is it okay is we prioritize the alloy-made and postpone the SUS-made?
If we can't get approval for that then the delivery adjustment will be difficult. Please confirm.
If it's okay then, we will switch the process with the SUS-made, and we will be able to shorten the delivery date from the planned February delivery.
We will adjust with the factory.

Since the actual cost is quite a bit higher than the estimated cost with DHL expenses,
we will be giving a quotation closer to the actual expenses from now on.
If it's possible to change the CIP, we might be able to lower the price a bit further.

数量変更のPOについては、先週の金曜に受領致しました。

試作用の価格100ドルは特別価格となっており、実際赤字で製作しています。
そのため、今回の100本のオーダーは200ドルとさせていただきたいです。
SUS製の時と同様に、年間契約をいただける場合は、50ドル引いた150ドルは可能ですので、
合わせてご検討いただけますと幸いです。
ご注文数量が400本だとしても、都度のご注文の場合は100本の時と同じ金額となります。

The quantity change PO has been acknowledged last Friday.

The trial price of $100 is a special price, we are actually manufacturing at a loss.
Hence, for this 100 units order the price will be $200.
Same with the SUS-made, if we can get a yearly contract, we can reduce the price to $150.
I would appreciate your consideration.
Even if the order quantity is 400 units, each order will be the same amount of money as the 100 units order.
