今日はご相談があってメールしました
実は、前回注文した2体の人形についてお客様からのクレームを頂きました
受け取った人形のお顔のメイクが商品写真のメイクと違うというクレームです
確認してみたところ、たしかに最初の頃に注文した人形と比べると2つの違いがありました

First of all, we would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude for your fine careful make up to the dolls.
Furthermore, regarding the colors which we requested, the changes you made were superb, and we were moved by your craftsmanship.
Today, We are writing this e-mail to ask you for your support.
Actually, we've received a complaint from customer regarding the 2 sets of dolls we ordered the last time.
The customer is complaining that the make up on the dolls that the customer received is different from the make up on the product photograph. We've checked our records, and confirmed that compared with the dolls we ordered initially, the recent 2 sets had 2 differences.

最初の頃は透明感のある自然なピンクでした

本来なら写真と違う場合は無償交換のお約束していましたが、最低限の費用は負担しますので2つの頭を次回の注文時に同封して下さい
あと、ここからが本題です
こうしてクレームもありましたが、私は商品自体は非常に素晴らしいものだと感じています

The 1st point is the lip sticks.
The dolls in the initial few orders had natural pink color with transparency.
However, the 2 sets at this time have matte pink color.
The 2nd point is the eye brows.
As you can see on the photograph, the eye brows are drooping.
Due to these 2 differences, the customer is quite upset, and demanding the heads to be exchanged.
The agreement was that if there is a noticeable difference between the picture and the product, your company is obliged to exchange the product with a new corrected product at the expense of your company. For this particular case, we will agree to bear minimum level of costs, so in the next delivery, please include 2 heads in the shipment as well.

The main topic for discussion is the following.
Although we have received some complaints in the past, I feel the product is exceptionally good.

When you place my order to the factory, please could you provide the following instructions persistently every time:
- Put on the makeup carefully in accordance with the picture
- The lip stick should not run off the edge of the lips
- The nipples should be painted with care
- The navel should not be colored
- Loose joints, scars, and defects should be checked thoroughly before shipment
- Securely packaged to prevent from damages during shipment

Also, could you include the old-type eyes (blue) which I ordered the last time?
The eyes significantly changes the impression.
It is difficult to explain the change and get it accepted from the customer after sale.

By mistake, we sent you a product which had a different product model number, and caused you many troubles. We would like to sincerely apologize for not obtaining your confirmation beforehand.
