しかし、翻訳会社に頼んでドイツ語を翻訳していただいたものを読みました。

内容は一方的かつ我々の製品を不当に侮辱するものです。

ドイツに早めについたことを不自然に感じられていらっしゃるようですが

在庫があるため、そこから送っており、早めに到着することのどこが不自然なのでしょうか。

ご購したお客様に早く届けるのは当然のことであり、貴方がおっしゃっていることは言いがかりです。

1. We can read and write English but we can't read German.
If you will be negotiating with us, shouldn't you make it a point to use English?
At any rate, we made a request to a translation agency and we read the German they translated for us.
The content was one-sided and moreover an unjustified insult to our products.

there is stock so what's strange about sending it from there and arriving quickly?

鉄及び鋳造の専門家として申し上げますが

貴方が送った写真には不自然なところがあります。

包丁として使用した場合、良くない包丁は刃こぼれをするはずです。

もし、その件で写真を送られたのであれば我々も理解できる部分はあります。

一方、貴方が送った写真はハンドルのところが折れています。

これは、人工的に横から無茶な力をかけるとそのような折れ方をします。

つまり、普通に包丁として使ってこのような折れ方はそもそもしません。

I am an expert in iron and cast products but
there is something unnatural about the picture you sent me.
If you used this as a knife, I expect that it wasn't a good knife and the blade had nicks.
If you sent the picture because of that then there are parts that we can understand too.
On the other hand, in the picture that you sent the handle is broken.
It seems to have been broken that way by unnaturally placing the ridiculous blade from the side.
In other words, if this was used as an ordinary knife it would not have broken that way in the first place.

仮に、鋳造が甘かったとしても、金属でできているため、刃こぼれはあっても、
よほどの不自然な使い方をしない限りそのような折れ方はしません。

我々の経験から申し上げますと、包丁としての使い方をしないことで生じたものであると推測します。

手作りではないことを証明が出来ず、根拠がないことを理由に返金をおっしゃっていることはこちらとして理解ができません。

我々が送った写真がなぜ手作りではないと結論付ける合理的な理由もありません。

ただ、貴方の感じる印象を一方的におっしゃっているだけです。

Even if the casting was lax for now, it is made of metal so even if there are nicks in the blade it won't break this way as long as it is not used unnaturally.
Based on our experience we think that this was brought about by not using it as a knife.

It cannot be proven that it wasn't handmade, we cannot understand why you would mention a refund on a reason without proof.
There is no logical reason to conclude that why would the object in the picture that we sent be not handmade.
However, the impression that you felt is merely one-sided.

貴方がいっていることは、レストランに行って、注文した料理が不味かったから返金しろと言っているようなものです。

もし、気になるのであれば、包丁の刃の部分を調べてみるといいですが、これは日本刀と同じ材質である「玉鋼」という
特殊な鉄素材を使っております。

これを調べるだけで、我々の製品が模造品でないことがそもそもわかるはずです。

返金額について何の根拠があって、450USDになっているのでしょうか。

その根拠も一方的におっしゃっているだけで合理的な理由はなく、フェアではありません。

What you seem to say is that you went to the restaurant and demand a refund because the dish you ordered was unappetizing.
If you are bothered by it, it would be good to try and research about the knife's blade. It uses a special iron material called "Tamagahane", the same as Japanese blades.
Just by researching about it I expect that you will understand in the first place that our products are not fakes.

The refund, for whatever basis, will be 450 USD?
The basis is unreasonable because it's only your word and therefore unfair.

我々としてはそもそも返金に応じたくはありませんが、これ以上あなたとは取引はしたくないと考えており
早急な解決を希望します。

よって、我々が応じることのできる選択肢としては

・折れた包丁のみの返金。（売値が８８USDですので、こちらを返金します。）

・以前連絡したようにこちらを新しいものに交換します。（あなたの名前も刻印します。このことが我々が手作りを
していることの一つの証拠になるでしょう。）

In the first place, we do not want to respond by giving a refund but we are considering that we no longer want to transact with you and wish this to be concluded at once.
Consequently, other options that we can offer are
・To refund only the broken knife (the sale price is 88 USD so we will refund this amount.)
・To exchange it for a new one, as we have said before. (We will inscribe your name. It will be a proof that we have made it by hand.)

アカウント◯と◯を使用しております◯◯と申します。
この度上記二つのアカウントを使用して同じセラーから三点同じ商品を購入しました。
三点の商品それぞれにUSPSの追跡番号が送られてきていたため、到着を待っていましたが、一向に商品が到着しません。
追跡番号を確認したところ、全て「delivered」となっておりましたが、一つも受け取っておりません。
配送先を間違えている可能性がございましたので、セラーに状況を確認しようと

I am ◯◯ who uses accounts ◯ and ◯.
This time I used the above 2 accounts to purchase 3 items from the same seller.
I was given the USPS tracking number for each of the 3 items so I waited for their arrival but absolutely none arrived.
When I checked the tracking number, all of them have been "delivered" but I didn't receive a single one.
It's possible that a mistake was made on the delivery address so you must check the status with the seller.

連絡を試みましたが、すでにebay上でアカウントが削除されておりました。
アカウントが削除されているということは、セラーはebay上で何かポリシー違反をしていたのでしょうか？
もしそうだった場合、今回意図的に商品が届かない可能性がございます。
今回の全ての商品が3辺が100cmほどある大きな荷物になっておりますが、
追跡番号を調べるとステータスが「Delivered in Mailbox（郵便箱に入れた）」となっております。

I tried contacting the seller but their account has already been deleted from ebay.
Is the account deletion due to the seller making some policy violation in ebay?
If that's the case, it's possible that this time the items were not sent intentionally.
All of the items are large with the 3 edges as long as 100 cm but the status of the tracking number is "Delivered in Mailbox (entered in the mailbox)".

郵便箱に入るサイズではないため、実際に商品を送っていた場合このステータスになるのはおかしいと思います。
最初から商品を送るつもりはなく、それでもebayのルールに則って追跡番号を送るために、セラーが意図的に商品ではなく、何も入っていない封筒などを送っている可能性がございます。
セラーがすでにebayでアカウントを削除されているという点も考慮した上で、もう一度調査いただきご返金の方お願い致します。

They're not the size that can be put inside a mailbox so if the items were actually delivered then I think the status is strange.
It's possible that from the start the seller didn't intend to send the items, or in order to give the the tracking number according to ebay rules, the seller intentionally sent an envelope or something without the items or anything in it.
Due to the seller's account being deleted from ebay, I ask that it be investigated one more time and I can get a refund.

That car was scheduled to be delivered early the following month.

2.Web会議費、Skype for Businessに変更することにより、53万円削減。
3.ログ監視ツール費、 SkySEAから他のツールに変更することにより、17万円削減。
4.クラウドサービス月額利用料の支払い代行手数料、値下げ交渉をして10万円削減。
合計112万円の削減。
2016年度下半期も、IT関連経費の削減に努めてまいります。

クライアントと少しもめています。
日本の商慣習では納品月の末日で締めて翌月の末日に支払いが一般的です。

今回のケースに当てはめると
12月に納品→1月末日に支払いとなります。

今後多数の生産を依頼する場合、支払いが先になるとキャッシュが回らなくなり、結果 継続的なオーダーをする事ができなくなります。

日本の慣習に合わせて頂くことはできますか？

I have a little dispute with a client.
For Japanese trade practices, it's common that payment for all goods delivered by the last day of the month is paid on the last day of the following month.

If we apply it for the current case,
goods delivered in December will be paid on the last day of January.

Should there be a request for more production later, if the money is paid ahead it can't be circulated, and as a result continuous orders can not be made.

Can you accommodate us to match Japanese practices?
