- Can you please close a contact which allows us to issue a refund for the item price in case customers claim against the product and return it to us?
This time, a customer sent us a claim that the outer box was damaged.

７月のCOO会議において、SAPのERPの採用が正式に決まりました。今回のNECリースの動きは、その決定を受けてのものである事は間違いありません。
但し、NECグループ各社の財務環境はそれぞれ違っていますので、ERPの導入についても差が生じると思われます。こうした動きに対して、私達は、地道に対応していく必要があります。

In the COO meeting held in July, it has been officially decided that ERP of SAP is introduced. The behavior of NEC lease this time reflects the conclusion for sure.
However, the financial circumstances of each company of NEC group is different respectively, so I imagine there would be difference regarding the introduction status of ERP. We need to address such momentum patiently one by one.
And we would like to confirm whether NEC lease orients globally or individually for each contract during the meeting.

この件でトラブっています。
ebay様のお力をお借りしたく連絡させて頂きました。
このバイヤー様はオーストラリアのバイヤー様です。
事実とは異なる事を主張されており
ebayのポリシーにも違反していると考えています。
まず、商品が受け取れなかったみたいなのですが
これは関税に商品が止まっている為です。
私も何度も確認しましたが
バイヤー様が直接連絡しなくれば受け取れないとこ事でした。
この部分はこちらではどうにも出来ません。

First, it seems that he could not receive the item. But this is due to the fact that the item is held at the customs.

あまりにも事実と異なるので困っています。

I let the buyer know about it as well, but he claims that he has not received any message about that.
He also claims that we are blamed for the fact that the item has been suspended in Australia, but we sent the item to the address registered in PayPal for sure.
Also he claims that the item is different from the item description, but we have never described anything regarding the part.

Also he is requesting us to issue a refund for the custom duties.
This is obviously against the policy of eBay.

If he returns the item to us, we will issue a refund, but we are embarrassed because he claims what is entirely different from the fact.

詳しい人に聞いたのですがスペインでは購入者が実際にインボイスの金額で購入したという証拠がないと商品を受け取れない事がよくあるようです。Paypalでの購入履歴からインボイスを作成しそれを持っていかないと商品を受け取れないようなので金額を安くしてインボイスを発行する事はできません。お力になれずすみません。Paypalからインボイスを作成し指定のメールアドレスに送ります。

As it seems you cannot receive the item without presenting the invoice created from the purchase history in PayPal, I cannot make an invoice with the lower price than the actual one. キャラクターAの詳細設定資料の件、本社チームと本件打ち合わせしましたが、我々と同じ設定資料しか存在しないとのことでした。過去に本社で商品化した監修済キャラクターA商品を参考に口元に歯が出ている計上を真似るのが一番良い方法ではないかとおもいます。後は歯の部分の塗装工程が増えてコストが上がるよりは、いっそのこと口を閉じたポーズに原型修正をするという方法もありますね。口元に歯が出ているポーズをどうしても版権元求めるのであれば、その部分の詳細資料を版権元から貰うしかないようですね。
