今私の荷物がドイツのFEDEXで止まっており、至急EORI番号を取得必要があります。
その理由は、転送会社のミスで1000€を超える荷物を出荷させたからです。
本日、このサイトにアクセスし、EORI番号の取得にトライしました。
ELSTERサイトでアカウントを取得しましたが、"EORI-Nr. Verwaltung"にアクセス出来ません。

My package is now suspended at FedEx in Germany. I need to get EORI number immediately.

I think that was because you took the figure out of the box and enclose it together to ship it.
It is not tranport carrier's fault, but the staff member of your shipping department is responsible for it.
Didn't you imagine the possible risk that the figure would be damaged by the books during transportation?

以前、EUにおいて、€1000以上の荷物を日本に送る際、集荷後にExport Declaration and Movement Reference Numberが必要だと言われたことがあります。
SHIPPERはそれを作成できなかったため、私は荷物の返送代金€300支払いました。
このようなことが無いように、集荷時に書類不備があればドライバーに集荷させないようにするにはどのようにすればいいですか？

In EU, I was told before that Export Declaration and Movement Reference Number is necessary after picking up the package when I send a package whose price is more than €1000 to Japan.
Since the SHIPPER could not make it, I paid €300 for return shipping fee.
