エレメント破損原因の一つとして、運転初期の機器昇温不足によりエレメントに接触した樹脂が冷やされて粘度が高くなり、
流れの抵抗となってエレメントを破損させた可能性があります。
運転データや昇温時間などのデータの入手は可能でしょうか？
弊社はAuto Strainerシステムとして、Aという製品が御座います。
最近上市したばかりの新製品になります。
安価かつ小型のシステムになります。資料を添付しますので、参考にして下さい。

As for the reason of the element breakage, the resin contacting the element was cooled down and the viscosity got high due to the fact that the temperature was not high enough at the starting stage of the opration. And it probably worked as resistence against the flow.
Can we obtain operation data and temperature transition time etc.?
We have a product A, as Auto Strainer.
This has just been released recently.
It is inexpensive and small system. Please refer to the attached document.

As for the reason of the trouble on element damages, it might be possible to damage the element occurred by worsening the flow because of a thick viscosity by chilling the resin touched to the element. Is it possible to get data from the operation data along with heating up period?
