２点質問があります。

①トップページに、「FREE SHIPPING／International $325+」と表示されていますが、350ドル（クーポンコード適用後の金額）を注文しようとしても、決済画面では送料30ドルと表示されますが何故でしょうか？

②以前、注文した際、インボイスにクーポンコード適用前の金額が表示されていたため、余計な関税の支払いが発生しました。インボイスには、クーポンコード適用後の、実際に支払った金額を表示して頂きたいのですが大丈夫でしょうか？

I have two questions.

(1) I can see "FREE SHIPPING / International $325+" on the top page, but it is displayed that the shipping fee is $30 on the payment page even when I try to order $350 (the price after the coupon code is applied.) Can you tell me why?

(2) Since the price before the coupon code was applied was displayed on the invoice when I ordered before, I had to pay extra custom duties. Can you please make sure that the invoice should indicate the price after the coupon code is applied, which is the actual amount of money I will pay?

Unfortunately, I believe the watch is defective. I have unscrewed the crown and wound it 30+ times but the seconds hand does not move at all and the watch does not keep time. I also cannot hear any of the mechanics moving.

Is there something that I am missing to activate the watch?

If not, how can you resolve this issue?

I would call eBay and let them know it went through their Global Shipping Place. They are going to end up refunding you as well as me because obviously it wasn’t sent like that. I don’t have a replacement otherwise I would offer it. I am so sorry I would call them and they should handle it.

DHL bundled always to Packets to one, we have to ask them on Monday why they did this as we payed actually for 8 Tracknumbers and not for 4. Piece, but we saw the weight of each Packet, we have access to DHL internally System, where we can see the weight of each Packet, for this reason we can say it was all Bundled.

お客様がおっしゃっている内容をようやく理解いたしました。これら4つの追跡番号は、8つの小荷物に対して発行されたものです。DHLはまとめられる小荷物は一つにまとめることが多いのですが、今回、4つではなく8つの小荷物として支払いを済ませたのになぜそういう措置をとったのか、月曜にDHLに確認をとる必要があります。しかし、荷物の重量を調べることのできるDHL社内のシステムにアクセスし、それぞれの荷物の重さを確認したところ、その重量から判断して、それら荷物は一つにまとめられた、と考えてよいようです。
商品をお受け取りになりましたら、ご注文になったサイズのパーカーが8着あることをご確認ください。
