I. To facilitate the Bank to update your new addressAelephone number to all your personal accounts, please specify all the identification document numbers which have been used to

Ⅰ.銀行で住所や電話番号などの情報更新を円滑に行うために、口座開設時に用いた全ての身分証明書番号を明記してください。そうでなければ、銀行は明記されている身分証明書番号で開設された口座の情報だけを更新することになります。

Ⅱ.もし更新にあたり、共同署名が必要な共同口座がひとつでも含まれている場合は、関係者全てのサインが必要になります。

1.誤植や不備については、記入日から90日以内に銀行に連絡をして下さい。そうでなければ、明記した内容が正しいものとみなされます。したがって、口座の契約条件については繰り返し確認をお願いします。

これを"in excellent conditions"と説明（description）する事は適正では無い。それはアイテムのコンディションを優良に思わせるための、著しい誇大表現だ。私はあなたのexcellent conditionsとの説明を信じて入札したのだ。今回は事実と大いに異なるあなたの不適切な説明が原因で、私は想定していない著しく低品質なジャンク品を購入することになった。これは適正な取引ではない。ゆえに、あなたは返品と返金に応じるべきである。

It is not appropriate that you describe "in excellent conditions" of this.
That is exaggerated expression to make buyer think that the condition of item is good.
I bought this cause I believe your explanation of "excellent conditions".
The cause of this problem is your inappropriate explanation and I was force to buy a junk of quite low quality.
This is not proper transaction.
That's why you should accept my returning item and my asking to give me back money.

That's ridiculous, I'm not going to open an investigation. I have a photo and can give you a repair invoice but opening an investigation when the item has been delivered? How would that help?
