I sent everything back on on **day. I guess the chance that it gets stuck at customs is pretty big though.
In that case there's nothing we can do but send it back to me, repackage it and sending it by the rules (A is a max. of 2 pieces in 1 box).
It will cost 2 to 3 times the shipping costs.

When I set the place of origin to an address in Japan on the product return procedure page an error pops up saying I can't use an address outside of the United States.

Expeditedでの発送でも到着まで最大で10日かかる事を事前にアナウンスしてあります。ですのでバイヤーは到着がMay　26までかかる可能性を知っていました。

The fact that using expedited the shipping can take up to 10 days is something that we announce prior to shipping. So the client was aware that there was a possibility that it could take up to the 26th for the product to arrive.

何度も連絡してすみません
Sign upページのUsernameにアルファベット以外の文字を入力して
ユーザー登録をするとトップページではなく以下のURLのページを表示してしまいます
またその際、プロフィールアイコンも表示されません
データーベースのUsernameの文字コードをUTF-8に変更してみましたが結果は同じでした

First nameの欄などは日本語を入力しても問題なくユーザー登録することができました
(トップページを表示)

次回のアップデートで対応してもらえると嬉しいです

My apologies for contacting you so much.
When entering a username on the sign up page that contains characters other than the alphabet, instead of the homepage the following URL shows.
Also, when doing so the profile button doesn't show up either.
I tried changing the username font code to UTF-8 in the database, but the result was the same.

I did however manage to enter Japanese into the ''first name'' box without any problems.
(The homepage showed)

I would be happy if you could fix the support for this in the next update.
