I ordered last time but could not deliver the goods. We have already received the documents from other companies and next week will be the order due date. This time round if you could deliver the goods for sure then they say they will order from your company but in case it will be difficult and then they will order from another company. Won’t you process anything on the products? When could you give the product after paid for the products?
We will decide if we order or not after we confirm the conditions to our customers. We heard that othet fellow companies receive the orders based on the minimum numbers that are listed. Could you contact the manufacturer using this order sheet once? There will be additional ones under that condition

Regarding the item you ordered, this product is not originally polymer clay.
It’s not noted polymer clay on the package(confirmed the manufacturer Daiso as well)
This one is sold as clay for handmade crafts which gets solid by air dry which is similar to paper clay.
I guess the customer purchased it mistaking it as polymer clay.

小さいサイズの段ボール箱にクエストバー２箱が入って送られてきました。
注文書は同封されていませんでした。

後日、残り４箱と注文書が届くと思って待っていましたが届きません。

１月18日、21日に注文した商品は届いています。

こちらの注文ミスかと思い、注文履歴を確認しましたが、やはり６箱注文しています。
残り４箱は発送されていますか？

クエストバーは過去に何度も注文しています。国際送料14.99＄がかかるので、
１～２箱の注文では、商品１箱当たりの送料が割高になるため、毎回６箱注文しています。

I received two boxes of quest bars in a smaller size carbon box.
Order sheet wasn’t enclosed with it.

I thought the rest four boxes and the order sheet would come later on but it hasn’t come yet.

The items I ordered on 18th January and 21st January have come already.

I thought it might have been my order mistake and looked at the order history yet I found I ordered six boxes.
Have you shipped out the rest four boxes?

I have ordered quest bars many times so far. Since it cost me $14.99 for the international shipping charge, I order six boxes at one time every time I order because the shipping charge for one box will be high which won’t worth it if I order one box or two.

Before I only got paid back for the item price when the item I ordered got out of stock but I don’t know what to do if I only get refunded for the item price because I purchase them in GNC after comparing the amount of the postage plus the item price to other stores.

In case the rest four boxes haven’t been shipped out please do not go for the refund process.

In that case I will order the quest bars six boxes once again so please enclose the rest four boxes when you send them.

Japan post contacted us and told us that the carrier in America tried to deliver it to your home address but failed. The tracking number hasn’t been updated since 5th January and they are not able to find out where the lense of the camera currently is. Could you please tell them you’re missing the item in the post office in America by yourself if possible? If you do so, they would be working on the issue. And then if they contact us Japan post back, the compensation process will begin.

I called Dutch post again and unfortunately they cannot find your parcel.
The parcel never left my country so they think that a dishonest post worker stole your parcel so therefor the only option I do have is to send your money back.
I am very very very sorry about this situation, this never happened before but there is really nothing I can do else for you.

去年と同じタグで、なぜ 今回はタグの加工をするのでしょうか。他社からもこの商品を仕入れていて、他社はタグの加工をしていません。タグを加工しているのと

Why do you process the tag this time round despite being the same tag as last year? Other fellow companies are not doing this processing part though I’m getting the same products from them as well. There will be hard for us to sell product to our customers when there are the items with the processed tags and the ones without all mixed up.
