There's a problem with the Henckel razor in Los Angeles Customs. I don't really feel like waiting weeks and weeks for the post office to find this razor so what I would like to do if you can't find this in a hurry is have you send me another one equal to or better than this one I purchased from you? I don't need this exact razor unless it's the nicest one you have? If you have a nicer one and it's more expensive I will gladly pay the difference.

I think the cheapest solution for this matter is for some type of price reduction; therefore, we do not have to deal with the hassle shipping the product back and forth; also it can eliminate the expensive shipping cost . I still want the figure; unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the condition, and it really affect the value of the figure - I am a Saint Seiya collector, and it is sadden to add this worst condition item into my collection. ロケット自体に破損はありません。古いお品ですのでメッキ部分に多少のスレや剥げがありますが、全体的に綺麗なロケットだと思います。ご検討下さい。

As for this matter, I think this may caused from which of the four following reasons;
The item's been lost.
The shippment is behind the schedule due to some reasons.
The items's been stopped at the custom.
The tracking number wasn't recorded by an Australian postal clerk.

I often send items to Australia. but I coudn't track many times because the clerk didn't record the tracking numbers. I think this problem is likely to be caused by the same reason.
Anyway , the item has already been shipped from Japan, so that I can't do anything.
If the item hasn't been arrived for weeks, then let's solve this problem.

after conducting our final check ,then we shipped them under the condition without any probrems.
