I write this message regarding McIntosh C26 preamp. I had been out until the other day, so I could check just today the preamp which was delivered to me, but one speaker does not emit sound at all in PHONO mode. I tried many times, but resulted in vain. Other amps, yes, emit sounds. The PHONO mode of this amp is completely broken. I bought this to mainly use in PHONO mode. I have inquired to an audio repair shop, and they told me that checking it would cost $200 at minimum. So can you please refund me $200? I cannot go along with this situation. ID1番の荷物の中に箱のみの商品が有りました。商品ケースに開けられた形跡があり、商品自体がありません。クレーム申請の方法を教えて下さい。日本からの発送会社DHLに問い合わせましたが、DHL側は商品チェックなどで商品を調べてはいないとの事です。

手元にある書類は、Amazon　領収書、MYUSから届いたアイテムのリスト、商品が入っていない商品ケース、商品が梱包されていた段ボールです。

There was 1 empty box which did not contain the item among the packages of ID1. The case was opened and the item was not there. Please tell me how to file a claim. I asked to DHL Japan who delivered it,but DHL said that it did not opened the box to check the content.

iPhoneAPPSの開発でちょっと困っていることがあるので相談。
誰かわかればアドバイスお願いします。
開発環境：Titanium Mobile SDK 2.0.1
対象デバイス：iPhone
困っていること：
複数のImageViewをリモートからロード＆描画している時に画面が重くなる。
（スクロールが鈍くなる）読み込みが終わると元に戻る。
iOS SDKのLazyTableImagesがTitanium Mobileで実装できると解決できると思う。

Problem: When I load&draw multiple Image Views from remote, the screes operates very tardy. (Scrolls become very slow.) When I finish reading, it operates normally.

(7) B shall not, in the SNS like Facebook which B always uses, use any representation which may be abusing against its staffs or related persons and which may damage their image during its activities made in course of any project or activity offered by TCP.
(9) If any activity in Hong Kong between B and other individual, B shall report and consult with the exclusive manager of TCP. ⑧日本での甲におけるありとあらゆる活動は、全てTCPが管轄の上で活動するものとする。個人で受託した日本国内での芸能活動においても、すべてTCPに報告・相談を怠らないものとする。TCPの承諾無しに、何らかの媒体への露出、あるいは他プロダクションとの案件が発覚した場合は両者間の決議による正当な処分を下す場合もあるものとする。

(6) If any article or post should be made by B（甲） in any blog or media provided by TCP, B shall not publish any negative content or description which may damage TCP's image.
(8) Any and all the activities by B in Japan shall be controlled by TCP. B shall always report and consult with TCP for its artistic activities, even though such activity is offered personally to B in Japan. If any B's activity in any media or in connection with other productions is found, an appropriate disposition may be conducted against such activity duly after the resolution between the parties.
