4月23.24日に城崎温泉祭りがあるの。そのイベントで私は歌う予定になってるんだ。多分ストリートライブになるかな。城崎国際アートセンターで歌ったときに、たまたまそのイベントの関係者の人がいたの。そして私の弾き語りを聴いて気に入ってくれて、歌ってほしいって声をかけてくれたの。最近、歌ってほしいっていろんなイベントで声をかけてもらうんだけど、まだまだ曲のレパートリーが少ないからこれからたくさん練習するつもり。いつかKevinにも聴きにきてもらえたらいいな。

There is Kinosaki Hot Spring Festival on 23 to 24 April. In this event I will sing. I guess it will be a street live. When I sang at Kinosaki International Art Center, there is a person in charge from the festival. Then he listened to my song and like that, so he wanted me to sing at his festival. Recently I got a lot request to sing at the events, but I only have a little repertoire, so I have to practice more. Someday I wish Kevin to come and listen to my song.

一昨日しょうこさんが城崎に来てくれて、仕事が終わってから会ったの。あなたと私について話したらやっぱりびっくりしてた。でもじゅんこさんはKevinのことも私のことも大好きだから、両方幸せになってほしい！って言ってくれたわ。そしてKevinはとても優しい人だよって言ってた。

お互いまだまだコミュニケーションをとるのが難しいかもしれないけど、私本当に英語がんばって勉強するからね！もしあなたが悩んだり落ち込むことがあったらそばにいたいし、元気づけられたらなって思うよ。

Two days ago, Shoko san came to Kinosaki and I met her after work. She was surprised when I talked about us. But, she said that Junko san like me and Kevin and wants both of us to be happy. And she also said that Kevin is a nice guy.

Maybe it is still difficult for us to communicate to each other, but I really trying hard to learn English. If you have something in mind or sad, I wish I could be in your side and cheer you up.

By doing the seiri/sort... throw away unnecessary things so that we can get more space just in case in if the emergency occur will safe!

Protect our lives.

By doing seiton/set in order ... we will find the needed things faster without wasting time, will increase the productivity.

By doing seiso/clean... we can keep things in order so we will find soon if there is an abonormality.

By doing seiketsu/standardize...the working environment will be better, will be more focus on work and the mistakes will hardly occur.

5S is acronym taken from the beginning letters of "Seiri = Sort", "Seiton = Set in order", "Seiso = Clean", "Seiketsu = Standardize" and "Shitsuke = discipline".
This is the activity that had been tackled with the aim of safety and improving product quality in production division and become the basic on processing work activities.

Seiri/sort is put away and clear the disorderly condition into orderly condition.
First thing to do is classified the the necessary and unnecessary things.
Next, throw away the unnecessary things.
Put only the necessary thing into align order.
Shitsuke/discipline is held to get used and protect the predetermined correctly.

ドラッグの輸出の件ですが、
私達も薬品会社もゴールデンウイークに入ってしまうため早く薬をだしたいので、船会社に早くするように言っているのですが、薬の輸出をしたことがないため書類作成に手間取っているのか連絡が来ません。
今の船会社の対応があまりに遅いので、別の船会社にも連絡をとっていることろです。

あと、船のスケジュールもでていないため、輸出費用の計算がまだ出せていません。

遅くなってしまって、本当にごめんなさい。
船会社からの連絡が入り次第、すぐに連絡します。

私の理解が正しいかどうか教えてほしい。

このチャートは管径ごとにフルスケール流量を設定できる範囲を示している。
仮に管径6インチで420cfmをF.S.とすると、4.2cfm - 420cfmの間で、F.S. +/-1%の精度（4.2cfm）で測定ができる。

F.S.を高く設定すると、大きな流量を測定できるが精度が下がる。F.S.を低く設定すると、精度は上がるが小流量しか測定できない。

F.S.は出荷時に決められて後には変更できない。

Please tell me whether I got it correctly or not.

The chart shows the range that can be set to a full-scale flow rate for each pipe diameter.
For example if the 6 inches pipe diameter is set to F.S, in the range of 4.2cfm - 420cfm, we will have the accuracy measurement of F.S. +/-1% (4.2cfm).

If we set the F.S higher, big flow rate can be measured, but the accuracy will fall. If we set F.S lower, the accuracy will be better, but we can not measure the flow rate.

After the F.S was determined at the time of the shipment, it can not be changed.

私はここからさらに研究を進めました。英語の歌を使ったリスニングと発音トレーニングが紹介されている英語耳という本を読みました。この本では1曲選んだらその曲を使って300回練習するという方法が記されていました。この本では英語の母音、子音がゆっくり発音されているバラードの曲を選んで練習することが推奨されています。自分で決められないという人にはカーペンターズの曲をおすすめされています。私が調べたところ、カーペンターズは他のインターネットサイトなどでもよく勧められているようです。

I would like to do more research. I read a book called Eigo no mimi = the ear of English, that introduced about listening using English song and pronunciation training. In that book was written about the method of training by repeating 300 times of 1 selected song. Practicing the selected ballads song that pronounced English vowels and consonants slowly was recommended in that book. For those who can not decided by themselves what song to choose, the song by the Carperters are recommended. On my studies I found that a lot of the internet websites recommended the Carpenters' song as well.

その理由としては特にバラード調の曲は綺麗でハッキリした発音で聴き取りやすいと言われているからです。一方でリスニング教材や発音練習に向いていない曲もあるようです。例えば歌詞が聴き取りにくかったり、歌詞の内容を聴き間違ったりしてしまいやすい歌です。また、洋楽を聴いていると冠詞や前置詞などが発音されていないのではないかと思ってしまう程、聞こえないことがあったりするでしょう。

The particular reason of that was said that the pronunciation in ballads song is clean and clear to listen. On the other hands, there seem to be listening materials and songs that do not suitable for pronunciation training. For example if the song is hard to listen or if the content of the song is easy to misinterpret. And also, in Western music there are a lot of times that we can not hear the pronunciation of the article and preposition so that we think that they are not pronounced.
