To contribute to the income of the company, bearing in mind that pursuit of a career means to commit him/herself to reducing the cost for operational jobs that s/he does, or to increasing the sales in his/her customer-related jobs.

When I was appointed a performance development manager, I wasn't able to read profit-loss charts nor could I do the cost calculation. I couldn't complete a report for them.
So I decided "to figure out about what I knew little." Then I read books on accounting and attended seminars. Three months later, I became able to write up a perfect report.

Developing a new business is to produce "one" out of "zero."
