The product you purchased on July 24th arrived at your local post office on August 1st, but it reached the time limit for being held and on August 7th it was sent back to me. Please reference the site below.

In order to reship this item to you the shipping costs will need to be paid again.

Furthermore, while it is just my own opinion, I think that if this time we accept the introduction of A Company from the main office and accept their suggestions, through future meetings the desires of us users would be met sincerely, and this could lead to positive evaluations.
On the other hand, B Company does not have the same aggressive that A Company does, and that could lead to negative evaluations. I think that frankly stating that that this decision is not based on product evaluations but rather on evaluations of attitude is another possible path.

I would very much like to hear your thoughts on the ideas presented above.

Because of that, in regard to this question I would like to handle it over email, and while I am grateful that I have been treated kindly, the fact remains that the issue of payment is still not resolved.
I have tried contacting the other party numerous times, but I am still unable to get a hold of them.
Therefore, my response is that the problem is still unsolved.
