上海社員研修について
今回の社員研修は、上海代理店とコミュニケーションを取り関係を強化していくことを目標として研修に参加しました。
まず、空港に到着して宿泊するホテルまで向かうバスの中から見えた高層ビルに圧倒されました。中国に行くのは、初めてで思っていたよりもずっと発展していて今もなお、経済成長し続けていていると感じました。
また、懇親会までの自由時間で上海の中心街を観光しました。韓国には何度か行きましたが韓国人とは少し違った行動力に圧倒されました。

About the training in Shanghai
I took part in the training in order to communicate with the agency in Shanghai and build up the strength of the connection.
First, I was very moved by high-rise buildings which I saw on the way to the hotel from the airport. It was the first time to visit China and, I found out its faster economic growth than I expected and knew that China still has been promoting the economic growth.
I also went sightseeing around the center of Shanghai at free time until the social gathering started. I have visited Korea a couple of times and I was surprised by Chinese energy which differs from Korean.

最後に今回の上海研修旅行は、自分の仕事に対する甘さを認識させられるものになりました。通関業という仕事をしていく上で、もっと世界に目をむけていくべきだと痛感しました。CONSOLIDATIONの業務も知識不足なことが多くあるので、まずはその内容を理解していきたいと思います。
SHANGHAI JET GLOBALのスタッフの方と交流できたことは、大変貴重な経験になりました。今回の経験を生かし、これからも当社の力となれるように業務に励んでいきたいと思います。

Lastly, I became aware of not being strict on my work from this training in Shanghai. I realized keenly that I should think more globally as a customs broker. Since I don’t know about a CONSOLIDATION task well, I will learn about it first.
It was a very valuable experience to meet the staff of SHANGHAI JET GLOBAL. By using the experience, I will work hard for our company.
