Nov 8th was the first date saying that the item needed to be returned.

本日商品が届きました。早速、動作チェックを行いましたが以下の重大な問題があります。
充電をx時間以上しましたが充電器のランプは赤いままで充電が終わりません。そして電源を入れてもバッテリ残量は0です。
充電器は正常にDC29.4vを出力している事を確認済です。
その後、付属の説明書を再確認しパラメータも初期値で問題ありません。
商品の梱包状態には問題なく、初期不良の可能性が高いと考えています。

I received the product today. I checked the functions right away, but there is a serious problem as below.
As I charged it for x hours the lamp of the charger kept showing on and does not shut off. Also the residual quantity of the battery shows zero even it's turned on.
I did make sure the charger, and it worked properly outputting DC29.4v.
I also checked the parameter on the attached manual that showed initial value, which is not a problem.
There is no problem with the package of the product, and I assume it's most likely caused by the initial failure.
Please let me know if there is anything else I need to check.
I'd like you to solve this issue immediately.

I had trouble joining a gym because information was only on Japanese and no one there spoke English

when i was ill i went to hospital to check up ,i did not pick up a number and waited for long time after a while some staff came to me and ask do you pick up a number. i told no, after a minute my problem was solve. if there is instruction i can do my self also
