I was advised by e bay today to wait and let them decide , so an shipping label can be given to me they told me that is better for me , it is expansive to send this fed ex.

Because after arrive in Vietnam, they need to be checked before we can get it, about 7 days. So we will start process on Jan 24.
We have Lunar new year day on Feb 8, and 9 days around this day off work (Tet holiday).
I concern if we can send you a 40feet container before this time or not.

As far as the other mugs...I knew they were harder to find...and was just wondering about the possibility of finding through someone in Japan. I'm not quite ready to start purchasing the mugs mentioned...BUT...after Christmas expenses are finally over...I will want to work with you in securing some of these mugs if possible. Maybe slowly due to expense...but you seem to be the person best to work with.

i bought from you a cemera about 2 weeks ago and i'm really upset.
today the postman came to my home and asked my father (i was'nt home) for about 36$- i mean- what?!
i bought this camera from you by knowing it's just 164.37$ and nothing more.
i feel i did wrong using this deal.
i searched this model in my country and i found it cheaper than yours.
i mean, i wanted to buy from you more items but now i'm not so sure.
i called my local post and they told me that the seller i bought from (you), send the item throgh the EMS and that why i need to pay extra money VAT+ costume price.
the total camera price is 200$ and not 164.37$ as we've agreed.

I have some questions: you say "In the case of overseas orders, we charge a service fee equal to 8% of the order amount." You also say "The delivery cost has been determined by the weight of the ordered product and included in the total bill." So in that case where is the 8% handling fee? Is this the same as shipping cost or is this an additional amount? If it is additional, what additional service is it paying for?

I will wait to decide to confirm based on your answers.

I might have misunderstood your message. I read your message again and it looks you sold the lens on the picture, so you cannot give me exactly the same lens as the shown in the picture? So you want to send me a cleaner one?
I am not a fussy buyer. You don't have to worry it if I find the lens serial number is different. I am okay if you ship a different one, as long as the lens does not have any fungus, haze or severe damage. I will still give you five-Star rating, considering your shipment is very fast.
