This VINTAGE unit is in overall good/fair shape showing some signs of previous ownership but no major damage to it

Due to the lack of tape I could not test it other than turning it on and it powered on.

The hinges on the back of the unit are broken.

Please take your time and study the numerous pictures I have posted.
They speak way better for themselves than my words would!

These were pretty popular in the 80's I've heard and very sought after today.

Please feel free to ask me questions and I will do my best to answer them to the best of my ability.

This unit is mainly sold for parts so please keep that in mind prior to placing a bid.

Case - The casing is solid silver and plain in design with a central shield cartouche which remains vacant. It is hallmarked to the inside of the back cover with the Lion Passant denoting solid sterling silver, the Birmingham assay office Anchor, the date letter R for 1891 and a case makers mark A.B along with the number 37, the inside of the dust cover is also hallmarked with the case makers mark A.B, the Lion Passant and the number 37, please see all the additional photos. The back casing does have a couple of tiny tiny indents and the suspension loop looks to be a replacement as it is brass and not silver. SOLD AS SPARES OR REPAIR.
