The work is unlocked by using its special masterwork.

The failure process:
Unlocking the work by using the one half-completed (or not processed) led to the failure to mix the incomplete work which was thought to be the complete one by mistake.

Although unprocessed works seemed to be detectable by the inspection coupler dropping out, in fact there were some cases that the coupler does not fall.

Do you check your process to be better than other factories or lines when the new process starts up?
Do you affirm to guarantee the right process with reasonable theory and actual examination?

The expansion bulb cools the room by putting heat away when the refrigerant evaporates in the freezing cycle.

「作業要領書」通りにできない作業があったが、特に問題はないと思ったので上司に打ち上げずにそのまま後工程に流した。
冷凍サイクルで冷媒（フロン）が蒸発するときに周囲から熱をうばうことによって室内を冷やす働きをするのはエキスパンションバルブである。

「作業要領書」は、作業スピードを上げる目的であるため、作業者がやりやすい表現にして、あまり具体的な表現は避けるべきである。
自分で安全に十分気をつければ帽子や安全眼鏡は特に必要でない。

Especially the quality improvement should be done with three "gen" method (watching job operation, actual products and reality).
Some jobs cannot be done by the operation manual but there seemed not to be any problems, so I continued the following work without reporting my boss.
The expansion bulb cools down the temperature of the room with taking heat away when refrigerant (CFC) evaporates in the freezing cycle.

The operation manual aims to speed up the work, so it should be written by phrases the workers feel easy to read and work, and should avoid specific phrases.
The hat or safety goggles are not needed if you take care of safety enough.

お客様から連絡があり、登録コードを入力したら無効のエラー表示が出ると連絡がありました。４０個の登録コードをランダムに選んで、私も試しましたが確かにエラー表示が出て利用できませんでした。
（同じ行のコードとパスワードを利用）
コードとパスワードの列がずれているのかと思い、先頭のコードも試しましたがやはりダメでした。
今までこういったことはなかったので、原因が分かりません。
現在、お客様は納品先で作業されているそうです。
早急に対応策あるいは新しいコード等、返信いただければと思います。

Our customers let us know that invalid error message appeared after enter a registration cord. I also tried to enter it by choosing 40 cords at random, but certainly error happens and I cannot use.
(I tried the same line cord and password.)
I think the row of cord and password is out of alignment and I tried the initial cord, but I failed.
I have never seen such a problem, so I have no idea about its cause.
Now the customers are working in the office to which they will deliver the product.
Would you reply me immediately with some solution or new cord?
