領収書を再印刷して郵送させて頂きますが、封筒に入れるには折らなければいけません。
どうしてそんなに沢山の領収書のコピーが必要なのですか？

お客様への商品の発送は来週の3/18前後になる予定です。
我々は海外への商品の発送をプロの梱包業者に委託しております。
交通事情などにより多少前後する場合がございます。
日本から発送後、USへは5日～7日程度で配達見込みです。3/25頃にはお届けができる予定です。

It is estimated to take 5 to 7 days after we ship it from Japan for your item to arrive at the US. Its estimated delivery date is March 25.

3.2 If the Buyer's order is not accepted, the Seller shall promptly notify the Buyer within three (3) business days of the Seller counting from the date which the purchase order is sent to the Seller. The Seller shall be deemed to have indicated confirmation of order and an Individual Sale Agreement shall be established when notification of refusing order is not given by the Seller despite the elapse of such deadline.



4. Changes to Individual Sales Agreement

３．２　購入者の注文を受けることが出来ない場合は、販売者は販売者に注文書が送られてきた日から数えて３営業日以内に速やかにその旨を購入者に通知しなければいけない。その様な期限が経過したにもかかわらず販売者から受注を拒否する通知がなされない場合には、販売者は当該注文を承諾したものとし、個別売買契約書は成立したものとみなす。

４．個別売買契約書への変更

4.1 Before Buyer receives confirmation of the order from the Seller, the Buyer can change the details of an Individual Sale Agreement or cancel the order by notifying such change in writing to the Seller. In this case, the Buyer will not be liable for any damage which may occur to the Seller.
4.2 After the Buyer receives the confirmation of the order, if the need has arisen to change the details of an Individual Sales Agreement, the Seller and the Buyer shall promptly notify the other party to such effect and may change of the details of such Individual Sale Agreement by having consulted with the other party.

４.１　販売者より注文の確認を受ける前であれば、購入者は個別売買契約書の詳細を変更、もしくは書面にて販売者にその変更の旨を通知することにより注文を取り消すことができる。その場合、購入者は販売者に起こり得るいかなる損害に関しても責任を負わない。

４.２　販売者より注文の確認を受けた後に個別売買契約書の詳細に変更を加える必要性が生じた場合には、販売者と購入者は速やかに相手方当事者にその旨を通知しなければならず、また相手方当事者と協議することにより、かかる個別売買契約書の詳細を変更することができる。
