The seller stated that they made a mistake in the price of the item and they want me to cancel it. I should have received the lens last week and the order is still marked as "preparing for shipment". I even paid for Expedited Shipping! I've contacted the seller multiple times to ask them to ship the item ASAP as their error is their problem. I shop on B because it’s a trusted site but I am losing some trust since this company was allowed to falsely market their items and then put the onus on the customer.

Since this is a small shipment there is also another solution:
I can send you two boxes using Swedish Mail for USD 105.
The downside of this arrangement is that it only offers tracking within Europe.

If being able to track the shipment is important we will have to use DHL.

I will send you a foto of your model, as it was put in place. The location is perfect, since it is right at the beginning of the entrace, where ALL the visitors have to pass through. The exhibition is still growing, which means, we are adding further elements to our architectural retrospective.

The model is exhibited in our Laufen Forum - which is a architectural land mark and our show room as well as our exhibition center.

Unfortunately, I can not send you the professional photos yet. But on Feb 10/11 we will have a big journalist event in our Forum, where we will have a professional photographer.

After looking into your account and researching we see that if you do it in the way you described Order Details⇒Refund order⇒Cancel order⇒Buyers Cancel. This will damage your metrics, as in theory it is you that cancelled the order. The best practise way is to reply to the email and ask the buyer to click on the bottom of the page. There is a computer generated cancellation link and this will then cancel the order without hurting your metrics. Please see the screen shot "Cancellation" below to see how it looks to the buyer.

1. Close your active listings.

Note that temporarily suspending your listings using the Listing's Status feature will not close them. We would not be able to proceed with closing your account until you close your listings as follows:

Close any open listings through your seller account. Under Manage Your Inventory, click the "View your current inventory" link, then "Edit" for each title. On the next page, you'll have an option to close the listing. If you have multiple listings to close, you can check the boxes in the "Close Listing" column and click the "Save Changes" button to close the listings in bulk.

If there is a negative balance, wait for the next automatic settlement date, at which time we will charge your seller credit card for the amount due.



Once your listings are no longer available to buyers, all your sales are finalized, and there is no balance on your Payments account, your seller account will become inactive. We don't charge seller fees on inactive accounts.
