English

This is about the the evaluation that I do not understand.
I received the returned product from Germany today.
It says that "No request of the recipient and storage period is over" in Japanese, and "Non reclame” in French meaning that the storage period is over.
The buyer says about the missing documents, but there was no such fact.
This problem is in only that the buyer did not take the a product within a storage period.
Ii is clearly stated on the package by the post office and I want you confirm it.

Is not it a violation of policy to give the seller a negative evaluation although one neglected receiving the product?
