私が納得していない評価の件です
本日、ドイツから商品が返送された
日本語で「受取人の請求がなく保管期限が過ぎた」、フランス語でNon reclame=保管期限が過ぎたと商品に記載されている
バイヤーは書類が不足していると言ったがそんな事はなかった
この問題はただバイヤーが保管期限に商品を受け取らなかっただけだ
その事をはっきりと郵便局が商品に記載されているので画像で確認して欲しい
自分で商品を受取る事を怠ったにも関わらず、セラーに負の評価を与えるのはポリシーに違反していないだろうか?

It says "The storing period has expired and a receiver does not request receiving it" in Japanese
and it also says "Non reclame=The storing period has expired" in French."
The buyer said that there was not enough document for it, but it was wrong.
The cause of this problem is that the buyer did not receive the item during the storing period.
As the post office listed it on the item clearly, I would like you to check it in the picture.
It must be against the policy to rate the seller negatively although the buyer did not receive the item.
