これで、この注文分では3枚のRugを受け取りました。
しかし、私が注文した枚数は合計5枚です。
まだ2枚のラグが届いていません。
UPSのTracking Detailを確認しても、3枚しか発送されていません。
vendorに残り2枚のラグを早急に発送するように依頼して下さい。
私は残り2枚のラグを最低でも2月19日までに受け取りたい。

このトラブルに早急に対応して下さい。
ずっと返信をいただけていません。

The package of this tracking number arrived on the 13th.

With this, I have received 3 rugs for the order.
However, I ordered for 5 rugs.
There are still 2 which have yet to be delivered.
And there were only 3 rugs that were delivered even when I confirmed the UPS tracking detail.
Please request the vendor to ship the 2 remaining rugs urgently.
I want to have these by February 19.

Please support this problem asap.
I have not receive any responses from your end.
