このTrackingNo,のパッケージが13日に届きました。
これで、この注文分では3枚のRugを受け取りました。
しかし、私が注文した枚数は合計5枚です。
まだ2枚のラグが届いていません。
UPSのTracking Detailを確認しても、3枚しか発送されていません。
vendorに残り2枚のラグを早急に発送するように依頼して下さい。
私は残り2枚のラグを最低でも2月19日までに受け取りたい。
このトラブルに早急に対応して下さい。

I received the package with this tracking number on 13th.
Including this order I received 3 rugs.
