The exhibition is only next week away, so please let me know the reliable arrival date of the following brand samples today. And if it is difficult to produce them, please tell me if you can rent the samples for a limited time only. To arrange the samples is the most important issue for the future purchase. The exhibition is due next week and there's not much time left now, so would you tell us exactly when I can manage to receive the brand samples below? If it's difficult to produce them anytime soon, then is it possible for you to lend me the samples for the brands for a limited time? Kindly please inform us the firm arrival date of below mentioned brand sample within today because the exhibition is coming soon next week. If you have some difficulty to produce it, please let us know whether the sample can be available on period-limited rental basis. The sample preparation is very important matter that affects the future purchasing, therefore I wish you will take good care of this.
