According to the directions for the grating of A company, an incident angle is changed so that nearly 532 nm may reach a peak. If the incident angle is changed, DE peak should shift, but the efficiency of 532 nm cannot increase on defective products. On non-defective products, the efficiency of 532 nm can increase.
