A社のグレーティングの使用方法は、532nm近辺がピークとなるように入射角を変えている。入射角を変えると、ＤＥピークがシフトするはずなのだが、不良品は532nmの効率が上がってこない。良品については、532nmの効率が上がってくる。
The way to use company A's grading changes the incidence angle to coincide the peak with around 532nm. If the incidence angle is changed, DE peak should be shifted but the defective product doesn't grow 532nm efficiency. The good one grows 532nm efficiency.
