It’s been already 8 business days since the order was accepted.
Has your vendor really shipped the products?
I ordered through your website as it stated that it would take 3-5 days for the item to come to Japan. I am quite shocked by hearing it would take additional 7-10 days for the item to come to your shop.
I have been making my clients wait and need to deliver this to them quickly. Will I be able to receive the item on January 22nd as stated in your message?
If your vendor does not have it in their inventory, please let me know immediately.

The shipping page said that the goods should be delivered within three to five days, so I ordered from your site. But I was really shocked to know that the goods neeed as many as seven to 10 days to be delivered to your shop.
I have kept my customer waited for so long a time, and I need to ship the goods immediately.
If your shipping information is on schedule, can I receive the goods by January 22?
