I made a purchase from you one month ago. I didn’t receive the goods nor notification on the status. May I know what is the status of my purchases now?
Should I didn’t receive any reply from you with 24 hours, I will put up a claim at e-bay.
Even if you replied me, as the goods should arrive before the protection period of e-bay which is 16th January (3 days before 19th January), I would still put up a claim no matter whatever reason you are going to give me.
It’s solely your responsibility for not sending me the goods without notice.
Appreciates if you could response on this as soon as possible.
