Thank you for your sincere reply. I guess the problem is in the transportation company DHL. I understand your explanation well, too. However, due to the fact that I have not received the item, the only thing I can do is to file a claim on PayPal.

I am grateful to your sincere response. I assume that this probably is a fault of DHL, a delivery company. I understand your excuse in a certain degree. However, since it's a fact that I haven't received items, I have no option but complain to paypal.

Thank you for your sincere reply. I think perhaps, the problem is with DHL shipping company. I can well understand your side of the story. However, because of the facts that I haven't received the items, there is nothing else I can do but raise a complaint to Paypal.
