前にも物損がありましたが、しっかりと対応してもらえませんでした。
今回はしっかりとした対応お願い致します。
何度も荷物事故があっては困ります。
１・レンズ80-400 外傷があり使用できません。
完全に壊れています。
2・箱にもへこみがあり本体の電源が入りません。
売り手の方はしっかり確認し出荷したそうです。
両方ともに外傷もあるのでご対応してください。

It's totally broken.
2. There a dent on the box, and cannot turn on the power.
Seller did check before they shipped it.
Both have outer scratches, please kindly make necessary arrangements.
