何度も荷物事故があっては困ります。
１・レンズ80-400 外傷があり使用できません。
完全に壊れています。
2・箱にもへこみがあり本体の電源が入りません。
売り手の方はしっかり確認し出荷したそうです。
両方ともに外傷もあるのでご対応してください。

It is so awkward to face the same problems like that.
1. From 80 to 400 lenses are damaged and not usable. The damage is severe.
2. There is dents in boxes, so it cannot turn the switch on. In spite of the fact that their seller checked products and sent them out.
Please, do something for the problem. Both products has scratch in its surface.
