通常は「136-691 - Package received today」という件名で商品を受け取ったと通知するメールが配信されますが、今回は配信されていないようです。それはなぜですか？
この輸送物は税関でチェックを受け、一度開梱された形跡があります。ですので、日本のDHLに連絡をしました。日本のDHLの返答はMyUSに確認してください。との返信でしたのでこちらに連絡しています。
保険を購入したかは覚えていません。貴社で調べてください。
