表具とは紙・布を張り、巻物・掛け軸・書画帳・屏風(びょうぶ)・襖(ふすま)などを仕立てること。
私はこの技術、趣、などに魅了されてしまった。

そして私は、その伝統技術を学んで１級表装技能士の認定を受けた。

現代の表具には機械をつかった掛軸、屏風の作成、キレ、和紙の作成も
安く盛んにはなっているが、どうしても私は手で作った職人芸に魅了される。

私はかつて親方のもとで表具の技術を磨いた。
