私は、箱を開封する時、手で、開けました。
しかし、この商品を日本へ送る時に、転送会社で1度開封されています。
その時に傷が付けられたかも知れません。
そちらに、問い合わせてみます。
質問ですが、この様な傷は、修理できるのでしょうか？

When I opened the box, i opened it by hand.
However, it have been opened once in transfer company when sending the product to Japan.
Maybe the scratches is attached during that time.
I try to ask for that.
I have a question, can a scratches like this can be repair?

However, the box was once opened by the forwarding company when sending it to Japan.
