ペイパルで返金手続きをしようと思いペイパルに連絡をしましたが
購入から45日以上たってしまっているのでペイパルからの返金の請求はできないみたいです。
購入からこれほど時間が経過してしまったのは貴方が待ってくれと言ったからです。
返金処理をお願いします。

I thought I contacted PayPal to know how their process for a refund is and it seems that if a product has been purchased 45 days ago, a refund is not possible.
This item that I purchased has already lapsed that time frame and I asked you to wait.

I contacted to Paypal because I was supposed to make a refund claim through Paypal, but they told me that they wouldn't be able to support for it as it's been more than 45 days since the day of transaction.
You asked me to wait and therefore we wasted too much time after the transaction.

I thought we could do refund proceedures via paypal so contacted them, but it seems like it is not possible to request a refund if 45 days have passed since the purchase date.
