ネットで情報を時間が許す限り収集したとしても十分な情報が揃わず、

と、頭では理解していながら実際は、意識の部分でZさん任せで
結果的に自ら積極的に重要な意思決定の機会に参加していませんでした。
それが結果としてコミュニケーションのとり方につながっていました。
プロジェクトにおける役割分担の枠に収まらず、
積極的自ら考え、自ら行動し、自らを成長させていこうと思います。
