ＰＡＹＰＡＬで支払いをしようとしたら、１００、０００円を超える金額については取引できないとありました。
これは１０/４日からＰＡＹＰＡＬが規制をかけているみたいです。
本人確認書類を提出してＰＡＹＰＡＬの審査を通過したら、１００，０００円の限度額が解除されるみたいです。
審査には１週間くらいかかると思いますので、それが完了してから支払います。

I tried to pay in Paypal, but transaction is not valid for the amount that will increase up to １００、０００yen.
This regulatory of paypal was applied from 10/4.
Maximum limit amount will be remove once you passed the screening of paypal after you submitted the identity verification documents.
It will take around 1 week for the screening, after that I will procees my payment.
My payment will be delayed so please understand.
