ＰＡＹＰＡＬで支払いをしようとしたら、１００、０００円を超える金額については取引できないとありました。
これは１０/４日からＰＡＹＰＡＬが規制をかけているみたいです。
本人確認書類を提出してＰＡＹＰＡＬの審査を通過したら、１００，０００円の限度額が解除されるみたいです。
審査には１週間くらいかかると思いますので、それが完了してから支払います。

I tried to make a payment on PAYPAL, they told me that they cannot proceed a transaction that is over ￥100,000.
This seems to because PAYPAL has made a limit since 4th October.
The maximum limit of ￥100,000 will be unlocked if I submit a verification form and pass the judgement.
