ＰＡＹＰＡＬで支払いをしようとしたら、１００、０００円を超える金額については取引できないとありました。
これは１０/４日からＰＡＹＰＡＬが規制をかけているみたいです。
本人確認書類を提出してＰＡＹＰＡＬの審査を通過したら、１００，０００円の限度額が解除されるみたいです。

審査には１週間くらいかかると思いますので、それが完了してから支払います。
支払が少々遅れますが、ご了承ください。

I wanted to pay by PayPal, but I found a notice saying that they could not accept payment over ￥ 100,000.

It seems that PayPal has made a regulation since 4th October and if an identification document is submitted and the document passes PayPal's examination the regulation is cancelled.

I think that it takes about a week for the examination, so I am going to pay after the examination.

I am very sorry that the payment will delay some days.
