1.右の鼻を右手の親指で抑えます。
2.左の鼻から息を吸います。(5秒~10秒無理のない範囲で)
3.吸い切ったら、右手の薬指で鼻を押さえます。
4.左の鼻を押さえたら、右手の親指を離して、右の鼻から息を出します。(5秒~10秒無理のない範囲で)
5.息を出し切ったら、また1に戻ります。
無理をしない程度に繰り返します。
