I didn't find any refund information in the packet that I received today. Please let me know how you would issue the refund as soon as possible. Thank you for your quick response.
As I mentioned ealier in my message, I cannot accept calls from you as it costs unreasonable fees by making and receiving international calls with my cell phone plan. Please communicate with me by email, not by phone.

As written in the letter earlier, I cannot answer your call at all, even if you call me. The cell phone I have is under my company's contract so it costs making international call. It actually even charges for answering calls so when contacting me, please Email me instead.
