I am considering to sell Japanese products in ○. However, ○ does not remit the sales figures to a bank account in Japan. Therefore, I have come up with an idea of opening a corporate office in the U.S. and set up a corporate bank account.
1. What is the fee required to maintain the status of a corporation in Delaware, and roughly how must will it cost in a year?
2. When opening a corporate bank account in Delaware, will a representative of the company be required to be present at a local office?
