I am a Japanese person currently living in Japan.
I am considering selling Japanese products at ○. However, ○ won't remit sales to a Japanese bank account. Therefore, I thought about starting a corporation in the US and opening up a corporate bank account in the US.

1. What is the yearly fee in Delaware for maintaining a corporation?
2. If I were to set up a corporate bank account in Delaware does a representative have to go in-person otherwise I can't open it up?
3. I have a PayPal account. Are payments on PayPal possible?
