There is a defect with the hair removal system I purchased from you on 14 April. After I had charged the battery, I couldn't change the settings with the button, and the laser beam didn't work.
I had bought it from you as a new item. However, it has no value if it doesn't work.
You are a top seller on ebay, and I believe in your reliability. I hope you can respond accordingly. I would like to exchange for a new item or a full refund.
