I bought from you on April 14th a hair remover, but it's defected. What happens is after it charges it can't switch levels with the button and the laser doesn't fire at all.
What I bought from you was said to be a new item. But if nothing works then it has no value.
You're a top seller on eBay and I expect you are suitably reliable. I strongly hope to get good support from you. I would like to exchange this for another new item or be refunded the full amount.
