片方しか聞こえないというのが理由です。
私も確認したところ、
片方が音は鳴っていますが、反対側と比べて極端に小さいです。
ですので、バランスが均一ではないので、初期不良だと思います。

This headphone was returned from my customer because it doesn't work.
I was told you can't hear out of one side.
When I tried it sound came from one side but on the opposite end it was very quiet.
So it's not balanced, which is why I think it's no good.
