I just got off the phone with eBay customer support. I wanted to check to make sure I had done everything possible to ensure that you received your the package in an "as described" condition. I firmly believe that the package was packed securely in the box and was able to withstand any foreseen damage that could have occurred in transit. If you refer to the image I sent you of the receipt seen here (http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2igyn81&s=5) you will notice that the receipt from the post office included three (3) rolls of bubble wrap used to pack the item securely.


With that said, I told you I opened a complaint with the USPS for you and gave you instructions of what you would have to do to confirm the complaint and file a damage report with the USPS. All they needed was for you to take the damaged items down to the post office and file the report. I am sorry that you threw away the damaged components of the package, but that is not my fault.


I am willing to help in any way, however I cannot issue you a refund personally. Once the package is shipped it is the responsibility of the USPS to get the package there safely. If you do not have the item to take down to the USPS to file the damage report, I am not sure what else I can do to help.

I cannot keep you from filing a complaint with eBay. I have done everything I know how to do to satisfy you and help you in this scenario. I apologize for this happening
